Tales of growth

I'm a creative Project Manager, strategic designer, and wayfinding consultant with 13 years of professional design experience. In my current tenure, I've led some of Takeform’s most significant projects in the healthcare, education, and workplace sectors valued between $300k to $5 Million. I'm meticulously detailed and I specialize in developing functional, lasting results. I'm a passionate problem-solver. I champion nuanced empathy (derived from my education in design thinking) and I'm hyperaware of the effect our environments have on culture.

Where I thrive is in making complex ideas tangible—building systems, tools, and creative solutions that help teams align and move forward with clarity. I am efficient to a fault. Functionality is my fuel. And intentional design is the method to the madness. 

I'm quite social, solar-powered, deeply curious, Type 8 on the enneagram, a novice astronomer, an energetic communicator and expressive explorer. I love to travel, share stories, cook, talk baseball, be active and read every moment that I can.

My school report cards often read: "Liz is a social butterfly." But my favorite compliment goes something like: "Creatively, Liz will wrestle a project down until it's exactly the way it should be." (And as the oldest of 5 sisters, that one is hard to beat.)
